Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and Dell, the APEX Reseller Agreement governs Dell's direct sale of APEX offerings to you if you are purchasing as a Solution Provider partner in the Dell Technologies Partner Program, and the APEX Distributor Agreement governs Dell’s direct sale of APEX offerings to you if you are purchasing as a Distributor in the Dell Technologies Partner Program.
