XPS 13 9315 - Airpods connected but sound still coming from PC speakers

Hello everyone,
Even though my airpods are connected to my laptop, the sound only comes from the PC's speakers. I've tried going to START/SETTINGS/SOUND, but the output drop down only shows the speakers. Funnily, the first time I connected the airpods to the pc, everything worked, but I could never get it to work again. I've tried removing the airpods and connecting them again, but no change. Any ideas?
