bad quality dell XPS 15 9500

I bought over 50 Dell PCs/Laptops and the last one was in 2021. Dell XPS 15 9500. Great looking and working machine but after 2 years started to have some troubles like not recognizing charger suddenly switch off without warning and draining batteries without reason. The internet is full of similar stories...but nowhere is see tips or product recall from Dell. Repairing or ordering spare parts is not making send also there will be no guarantee same issue happens again. I seriously wonder if I should buy again Dell. Even laptops of 30 years ago still working. Seems Dell quality is following Boeing's model
