No OS image for this tag, though images exist
I'm trying to recover my Vostro 15 3510 service tag <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>.
Trying using the SupportAssist OS recovery from the bios menu it gets stuck downloading.
Using the SupportAssist OS image download it presents the error message
No OS image for this tag, though images exist

This system shipped with Ubuntu Linux -- is that the support assist you're running?

@ejn63 this explains why.
But I bought it with Windows 11 installed, and it has a Windows 11 Home OEM label in the back.
Also explain why there are a Ubuntu UEFI boot on it.
So what to do to recover Windows instead of Linux?

If Windows has been installed an activated, you can use the MS media tools to create install media. Dell won't have the factory image for you other than the UEFI Linux image -- if you purchased this from a retailer or other than from Dell, contact them for the only other option.
