I deleted it. my bad, I was using the UUID instead of the ID. The UI only shows the UUID.

first I run this command to get all the tenant info and get the ID

uemcli.exe -d MGMT IP /net/tenant show

then I ran this command

uemcli.exe -d MGMT IP /net/tenant –id TENANT_ID delete

all good now.

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

What OE version are you on? Is it the only tenant? Was the associated NAS server deleted?

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for your answer. yes, I've previously deleted the associated NAS server.

Are you able to have downtime to reboot it and try to remove it again?

yeah, I'll schedule a maintenance and try again, is there a way to get more details from CLI about the error? is there any -verbose or similar?

thanks

From CLI I see this error "The specified tenant does not exist. (Error Code:0x100e008)" but I can see and rename the tenant from GUI.

Maybe something in the alert logs. Page 518 https://dell.to/3TRa4MM
