Dell Soundbar AE515M Disconnects and Connects automatically every few seconds

Hi,

        I have two Dell Soundbar AE515M. Recently, I when plug them thru USB, they connect and disconnect automatically every few seconds and mic quality is horrible.  The issue started about 6 weeks back or so.  I am wondering if there is a new windows update that caused this or its a  driver issue. Any help is appreciated.
