All of a sudden, one of the USB ports doesn't work for charging (only 1 of 4). It is one of the main USB ports I've used for charging (the 2 on the left of the laptop). Every other USB port allows charging. All the drivers are up to date, BIOS updated recently.

My laptop battery has been wacky for about a month, but just now it is stuck at 0%, but in dell power manager it says it is charging. However, if I hover over the battery menu, it does not say "x time until fully charged." The battery also says it is at excellent health.
