Precision P5570 very slow to wake after upgrading from 32GB to 64GB

We had to upgrade our P5570 to 64GB and since then it takes minutes to wake from sleep. First you stare at the Dell logo forever, then it adds some text about Dell Secure Bios and when you're just about to give up it finally starts Windows 11. The machine was quite fast to boot before.

Any idea why this is and how to fix it? It almost feels like it's making a full system test every time before loading the OS, but I don't see an issue in BIOS settings.
