Need New Computer

I am having to replace a computer that is old, I use programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and some video editing. I have a Precision Dell Tower 7810 i have 32GB in memory, Intel Xeon CUP E5-2640 V4 @2.40GHZ 2.40 GHZ its a 64 bit operating system, i need to price out a computer but am confused about processors and all other types, can someone help choose three choices in different prices so i can submit for update, the company offers computers but not one that a Graphics Person needs.
