Dell T3600 Fan speed

Hey so i am curious is there any dell fan speed software that works better than bios settings because my cpu(xeon e5 2687w) is constantly at 75+°C and not going any lower, i found HWINFO app but there are only 3 fan speeds "0,821,5970" and im curious is there any way to find any fan speed between like 821 and 5970 there is no dust in pc and thermal paste is fresh

You might have to do some Googling, but you might want to find the setting, whether Windows or BIOS, to set max CPU at 99%.  Go a little lower if still too warm.  Slowing down fan will only make CPU run hotter.

Depending on your apps, you might want to consider a better CPU to handle the load or better PC.  I don't know the max CPU for the T3600 off-hand.

By the way, I take it you meant your fan(s) are fast and noisy.  It's said you wanted to control the fans, but not which direction.  Typically it's when they're too noisy.
