Data Recovery from malfunctioned HDD

Hi everyone . My issue is quite critical. Please help me in this regard. Below are details

My HDD of Dell laptop has got malfunctioned unexpectedly. As i was working as usual. 

1. OS: Windows, Dell Inspiron Laptop, core i7

2. laptop/ windows restarted and blue screen came up

3. I tried recovering laptop through System Restore, Automatic Recovery Wizard, but unsuccessful

4. Later I tried installing New Windows 10 on laptop, but setup was not allowing me to Delete/ format Primary Partition

5. So WIndows Installation wasnot successful

6. I remove my HDD from my laptop and attach with another laptop (via external HDD casing)

7. my other laptop is showing 

     a. Laptop own drives

     b. Malfunctioned Laptop drives

         i. Malfunctioned laptop drives (Free and occupied space is showing correctly)

8. I tried accessing command prompt as Administrator and tried copying the malfunctioned HDD (data) to my other laptop drives. But all in vain.

9. It took too much time. more than an hour. but not a single file/ image could be copied. 

For clarity, I am attaching screenshots of my laptop. SO that you guys clarity.\

Please help me in recovering HDD data to the other laptop or so. Which software can be used.

I tried performing Disk Checking on my malfunctioned hard disk partition and gets these evengts.
I performed right click on partition > Tools tab > Disk Check 
Following events generated and shown to me. Dialog box appears with error message as I/O error

Hey honey have you gotten your machine to copy the hardrive

Over to the other external I know it's been a year but I'm sweegensrune

And I like to know was your issue resolved I would like to help nextime that happens again
