TPM 2.0 not working
Latitude 7320
Good morning
I have irritating problem with TPM 2.0 on my Dell Latitude 7320 laptop with BIOS 1.34.2. From about 2 weeks:
- when restarting, the laptop always displays the message 'Alert!' TPM Device is not detected'
- when manually enabled in BIOS, TPM 2.0 laptop does not do this and TPM remains disabled
- when trying to disable TPM-related functions in the console in Win 11, the following message appears: 'The device is not ready for use (0x800710DF)'
- when trying to update TPM (TPM Update Program), the following message appears: 'The system TPM query failed'
- TPM is not visible in the device manager in Windows 11 even when showing hidden devices is turned on
- when turning on tpm.msc in Windows 11, it shows: 'Cannot find a compatible TPM module'
- when turning off in Windows 11, the laptop only goes to the login screen
- the laptop takes a very long time to boot (30-40 seconds)
- the laptop displays Windows 11 messages that this system is not compatible with my laptop.
Has anyone on the forum encountered something similar? Maybe someone would have some advice?

Just curious, are Secure Boot and UEFI enabled in the BIOS as well?

In my laptop BIOS:
Boot Mode: UEFI only
Enable Secure Boot: ON
Secure Boot Mode: Deployed Mode
At Defaults problem with TPM 2.0 is the same. :(

Downgrade BIOS from 1.34.2 to 1.28 or 1.27 doesn't work. Very disappointing situation.
