Question about any Dell security features

I recently purchased a stream recording software program for my Dell 5530 (2023 model, Win 11 Pro), and cannot get it to work consistently.  In working with that company's support, they claim their server is unable to get past my machine's security software.  I have tried disabling Vipre anti-virus, allowing access via the firewall--everything I can think of to turn off or disable.  Is there any security software Dell has put on this machine that could block this program?
