New fix "we are unable to detect any disk that can be utilized for a cloud restore"

In my case this message appeared to be a correct message.   The HD (Hard Disk) was replaced and the BIOS was changed to boot the USB drive.   However in doing so the other device boot options were disabled ( accidentally, my fault in order to force the USB bootup which initially had not worked) .  This causes OS Recovery to not find a target HD and it has no other complaint other than this message "we are unable to detect any disk that can be utilized for a cloud restore".   So in this case I got back into BIOS and enabled all devices for boot order and the retry recovery this time displayed the target drive before starting restore which was missing prior.   Hope that helps.
