Not without a mainboard change -- which means buying a complete system (including the processor), making the upgrade expensive -- if, in fact a DDR5 board will fit the chassis you have with the DDR4 board.
If you want DDR5, sell the system and buy a new one with it.
They're incorrect -- DDR5 modules will not fit into DDR4 sockets and vice-versa.
This system is available with both DDR4 and DDR5. If the system now has DDR4, that's all you can use. If it has DDR5, that's the only memory type you can use.

Crucial, Kingston and others have memory configurators for selecting compatible RAM.

Hello, depends on your 5540. System is available with DDR4 or DDR5 mobo. You cant mix!
