Error Code 122

Latitude 7410

Latitude 7410

Ran a diagnostic and it gave me the error code 122 Memory errors to replace memory.  I'm not sure if it's the hard drive or ram.  No other information is given.  I also can't find where the ram is on this model.

First try a system reset -- unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the mainboard.  Hold the power button for 30 sec.   Reconnect, reassemble and try powering up.

The memory on this model is soldered to the board -- it is not replaceable.  Assuming the problem is that the system does not power up, the only solution is to replace the system board.

Though they're out of stock, part numbers here for reference.

Thank you for answering so quickly and helping me.  I was able to get it back up after following your instructions.
