DELL e7250 cpu stuck at 0.78ghz
HEY there!
i recently bought a latitudee7250 8gb,128gbssd
i have a problem which i noticed recently
when i boot my laptop while charger is plugged in cpu runs above 3ghz even if i dissconnect the charger but when i boot it without charger connected it stays at 0.78ghz even if i connect my charger again
i cannot figure out whats the real problem is.

This forum page has a number of posts with the same issue and it appears to be a battery problem. With the adapter plugged into the laptop the increased power allows the CPU to run at the proper speed.
