Dell Command Update fails to update BIOS on Latitude 5350

Dell Command Update (5.2.0) fails to upgrade BIOS on Latitude 5350.

We use SCCM in our setup to the OS - and in our task sequence there is a step running DCU - first checking for BIOS and firmware - restart - and then check for drivers and application updates.
This fails with a BSOD - KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

When I run DCU - from the desktop - (latest and greatest edition - 5.2.0) - it still fails to update the BIOS on a brand new Latitude 5350.
Manually downloading the update - and running it by hand - is a success.

Hopefully someone @ Dell will look into this matter and solve this issue.
