Dell 7230 back case for self repair?

I recently used alcohol (99%) for cleaning Dell 7230 and the back cover's paint surface peeled off massively. 

This phenomenon happens on every surface that alcohol contacts with. 

Where can I have extra back covers for self repair? I would like to buy one to change the original one. 

Why these plastic are no resistant against corrosions?
