Cannot disable screenlock!!!

I've got a Latitude 5520 running Win 10 that I cannot disable the screen lock option and/or keep display from turning off when plugged in.

I have tried via personalize, power options, registry settings & group policy!

Everything I try, after changing the settings, screen will go black after a couple of minutes & upon waking up, I've got to enter the password.

I have an XPS 15 that says on for weeks at a time - that this NEVER happens to.

What am I missing?!?!?

FYI, ran all the updates from Dell & there's a system optimizer with an option called walk away lock, that I disabled & all is good,so far,

Go to Settings, Accounts, Sign-in Options and verify if any of the settings could have causing your issue.  Example, Dynamic Lock will automatically lock the device when you're away.

Dynamic lock was not checked. Require sign in was set at 15 minutes, but screen will go black after 2 - 3 minutes of inactivity, even after changing it to never.
