keyboard backlight has become too dim to see
i am using inspiron 14 5418, the backlight of the keyboard has become too dim to see, i checked in the bios. the backlight option is set to 100% brightness. How do i know if the issue is with the hardware.

Use Fn key and F6 and F7 to adjust screen brightness. If the issue is persisted, reset BIOS to default to see if it may help.
