Installed a backup from asus laptop in a dell laptop after resetting.

Hi, I own two different laptops (a dell for office use and an asus gaming laptop). Both run same Microsoft account as well.

Since both device run same account so both create a backup in my Microsoft account as well. I recently reset my dell and while setting up windows again, I accidently installed a backup of my asus laptop in my dell laptop. Since then dell is not working properly.

• I encounter an error when I use dell update manager

• Nvidia driver updates not installing

• dell support assist fails to perform tasks

I dont know what the issue is, is it with my drivers or my c drive or my bios. but a dell laptop is not able to run dell applications properly.
