Inspiron 5505 "Shift Key" not working after March 2024 BIOS Update

I am having intermittent issues with my Shift Keys not working on my Inspiron 5505 (Win 11 Pro v10.0.22631).  It appears this all started happening after the BIOS Update to 1.16.0 last month.  It happens across multiple applications - Windows search bar, Outlook, Firefox, etc.  If I hold the Shift Key, and mash a letter multiple times, it will eventually show a capital letter (i.e., sssssssSSSSSS), but there's no guarantee that it will keep working.  This issue seems to be intermittent at best.
