G7 7588 Hardware Scan PCI Status Tests - D0702

Hi,
GPU Specs - G7 7588 Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 MaxQ 6GB
I noticed my games were crashing all a sudden with an error along the lines of "Graphics Driver Failed". So I tried updating drivers through the Nvidia website and the issue still persisted, then I tried to perform a clean installation with DDU and while reinstalling the latest driver, the installer threw an error Nvidia Graphics Driver Installer Failed. I performed a hardware scan on the support assist app and got two failed result as follows:
- PCI Status - Fail
- PCI Status Tests - D0702
- Video Card - Fail
- PCI Status Tests - D0702
Can anyone help me figure how to fix this issue and perform a clean installation of the drivers.
