Dell laptop beeping in 2 different tones

I am having a Dell Inspiron 15R 5537.

The issue is that when I tried switching it on, it started beeping in 2 different tones (NOTE: IT WAS NOT BEEPING 2 TIMES BUT BEEPING IN MIXED TONES), specifically, it would beep 3 times in a different tone and then a weird musical type beep would occur then the cycle would repeat, also the caps lock was also blinking. Although my main display is broken, it was showing some signal as the screen was lit up and the mouse was also glowing indicating it was recieving input aswell

Currently I have to switch on my laptop by shorting 2 wires in the motherboard and have been doing this for the past 2 months without any difficulties. My primary display is also broken along with the mouse pad
