Dell Inspiron 14 3000 series
Hello Experts,
I just bought a used Dell Inspiron 14 3000 series laptop with i5-10th generation, Windows 10 Pro. It has these issues below
***On battery
If I turns the laptop off and still leave the lid open, it will turn off and 30 seconds later, it will automatically restart. If I turn the laptop off and close the lid, it will turn off but it will automatically turn on again after I open the lid
*** On AC plug-in
It does not turn on even I press power button. To turn on I have to unplug the AC and turn it on with battery
I have looked for Power on Lid Open toggle in BIOS but do not see that toggle to disable.

Unfortunately I bought it as a used laptop. No more warranty.

Start with a clean install of Windows -- and the required drivers thereafter.
