Coil whine inspiron 7300

anyone else experiencing coil whine on this model? I was unpacking some archives, the fan hasn't yet started to spin so I heard some strange noise and got scared, just then I found out it's actually something called coil whine and it's normal. have any of you heard the same noises, especially when running something resource-intensive
