BIOS exe not compatible with current version of Windows (via installer USB media)

I'm trying to update my BIOS on my Inspiron 5482 using the .exe via the command line of Windows 11 installation media (as my computer runs Linux) but when I try to run the exe it tells me it is not compatible with the version of Windows I'm running (64-bit).

I can't tell for certain if this exe really is for 64-bit systems or not since the page doesn't tell you but this is the only one I can find and as far as I can see this is the BIOS updater I need.
