Motherboard replacement
Hey! My Dell latitude 5400 chromebook died. The motherboard repair will cost more the an used motherboard in ebay. The problem is: that used motherboard is for a dell latitude 5400 windows. The two models is almost the same, the diferences I think is in the firmware bios and less ports in the chrome mobo one.
My question is: The windows motherboard will run in the dell 5400 chrome peripherics (screen, keyboard, touchpad...)?

If the ports don't match exactly, the board won't interchange without needing to do case surgery.
The 5400 systems seem to run under $50 to just over $100 on EBay complete and working -- you're better off buying a complete system than trying to swap boards.
