x15 R1, 3070, low performance on gaming
Alienware x15 R1
Hi guys, Is there anyone have issue like me?
I bought 2nd hand x15 R1. The gaming Performance of this laptop is strange. In PUBG, the FPS of Low setting is the same as High or Ultra setting (some time the Ultra setting get higher FPS) or in GTA 5, the fps on youtube have 260 FPS but mine is 110-130 FPS and both same settings. I tried to fix it in 4 month but still not have a positive result. This is the first time i buy something like this. I contact with the seller, he said thats normal, because of slim laptop bla bla. Did i got scam?

Not necessarily, but this is a pretty old system at this point -- as would be the case with a used automobile, performance depends very much on maintenance. If you don't know that the system has had a thorough cleaning internally, along with replacement of the thermal pads -- that's long overdue and may help.
It is equally possible that the high/ultra settings may lead to throttling -- particularly if the ambient temperature is high.

@ejn63 seller replaced with liquid metal and the maximum temp around 75-80 degree. I dont think the temp is the problem

That's nearing the point where the system will throttle itself -- if it's the same temperature with both power mode settings, that's almost certainly what happened.
As for liquid metal, that substance's effectiveness is very much tied to the skill of the technician who applied it. It's also not the best idea for a mobile system, since it can be subject to flowing onto components where it can do significant damage. If it were my system and I knew it was there, I'd remove it as thoroughly as possible and apply a good quality heatsink compound or pads that are less likely to destroy the system over time.
