m16 R1, AlienFX module?
I downloaded the latest alien command center 6.2.7 and still can't find the FX module. Can someone please put me in the right direction?
Thanks

To receive assistance from Dell support agents they need to first verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag.
Did you uninstall AWCC, then install the full 785.33 MB AWCC 6.2.7.0 or the small 5.09 MB AWCC 6.2.7.0?

@DELL-Chris M I installed the full 804,176 version. Laptop is bought this year. The laptop does not enter sleep mode. sometimes the screen goes blank, and fans stay on. I read that the control center is the cause, so I uninstalled all alien software. But now my lights are not adjustable.
