Latitude 7490 BLOD even on Installation Stick

Hi,

My Latitude 7490 has a problem with windows.

Linux works but for work I need Windows.

I get everytime an Blue Screen at boot, even on the Windows installation Stick.

I checked every component and let the Diagnostic program check them as well.

Nevertheless I switched the SSD and it won't work.

Even after an new BIOS image from the Support Site it won't work.

Both Win 10 and Win 11 Installation Sticks don't work.

I hope someone can help me.
