License Agreements

If you purchased Dell software from Dell, or a Dell reseller, your order acknowledgement, invoice or receipt will confirm the software titles(s) that you purchased. The software license agreement applicable to your use of Dell software is available below (including Dell software preinstalled on Dell hardware or made available to you by download, disk media or otherwise, at no additional cost).

You may also locate the software license agreement applicable to your use of Dell software among the agreements below if you have been directed to this page from an internet address or hyperlink 1) referenced in a separately signed agreement with Dell, 2) published in a manual or other product or service documentation provided in connection with your purchase from Dell, 3) available within the graphical user-interface of a Dell software application or 4) presented at the log-in screen of a web-based portal intended to provide you with hosted or online access to Dell software.

  1. End User License Agreement

    The Dell Technologies End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the following Dell and Dell EMC-branded offerings: (1) application software that is delivered on a Dell client system (such as a Dell laptop, desktop or tablet) that performs specialized data processing tasks; (2) system software included with a Dell client system that provides basic hardware functionality and platforms for applications to run (such as firmware and BIOS); (3) data center infrastructure products, including, but not limited to, networking, server, storage, data protection, converged, hyper-converged products and other software products, used to operate and perform data centers activities; and (4) software in the Wyse product family that is used to operate and perform activities related to thin clients.
